hello-
I lost my dad when I was 9. I know what it feels like to be a kid in the middle of something you didn’t ask for — trying to hold it together when everything feels out of control. That experience shaped who I am and why I do this work.
I have a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and years of experience in coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and change management. But more than credentials, I bring patience, honesty, and a genuine interest in the person in front of me.
I work with individuals of all ages — with a particular focus on young people (ages 8–18) navigating grief and loss. When I work with younger clients, I make a point of supporting and empowering the parents too, so the whole family can move forward together.
